The approach is extremely proactive, the focus is to be completely accountable to Clients, delivering within pre-agreed timescales, ensuring that the number one priority is quality, excellence and an absolute match in the Candidates that are presented.

  • Work is on a results only basis, fees are only paid when a Candidate accepts an offer.
  • Roles are not advertised and a database is not used. Each new assignment is proactively searched to meet the exact specifications.
  • Timescales are pre-agreed with Clients.
  • Confidentiality is paramount, the Clients identity is not disclosed to Candidates until they have been presented and accepted by the Client.
  • Only Candidates that will bring immediate value to the Clients 'bottom line' are presented.

There is a wide variety of experience in placing senior niche roles. Work is not in set industries, more in specialised areas within all industries. It is the proactive 'from scratch' process that is important. None of the roles are advertised and there are no internal databases or external lists that are used, therefore candidates are not introduced from a prior assignment. The market is searched for the right match against Clients individual brief. The difference results in a bespoke service that really adds value for Clients.
